Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipments are carried out via the courier services Bartolini (BRT) or FedEx, depending on the destination and urgency. Each item is shipped in its original packaging, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, and carefully packed to ensure maximum safety during transport.


1. Order Preparation

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

In the case of particularly delicate watches or movements, a technical inspection is performed before shipping to ensure proper functioning.

Orders placed on holidays or the day before holidays are processed on the next available business day.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Destination | Estimated Time
Italy | 24–48 hours
Islands / Calabria | 48–72 hours
European Union | 2–5 business days
Outside EU (Switzerland, UK, etc.) | 3–7 business days*

*Delivery times may vary depending on customs inspections in the destination country.


3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

a tracking link

the courier used

the shipment number

You will be able to track your package at any time until delivery.


4. Gift Packaging

If your order is a gift, no problem.

We can prepare a dedicated gift package.
Simply indicate this during checkout or contact us by email.


5. International Shipping & Customs

For shipments to countries outside the European Union (for example the United Kingdom or Switzerland), any customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, according to the regulations of the destination country.


6. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

In the case of:

incorrect or incomplete address

recipient absent

package not collected from the courier branch

the parcel may be returned to the sender. In this case, we can resend it, but the new shipping costs will be charged.


7. Damage During Transport

If the package arrives visibly damaged, please:

sign the delivery WITH RESERVATION OF INSPECTION with the courier

take photos of the package and packaging

contact us within 48 hours at rolli.poniz.social@gmail.com

This will allow us to open a claim with the courier and offer a replacement or refund.
